If nothing else good came out of this bizzaro pandemic experience, it's that we all got a little more proficient with communicating online with friends. And I know for some of us, it created a unique opening of possibilities... it's now just as easy to meet someone on the other side of the world as it is 2 blocks away, and the interactions might look the same for either of those people. 

However, having relationships that are strictly zoom and text based offers some pretty real challenges as well as some unique opportunities. We will dig into the challenges and offer some suggestions for getting around obstacles while also celebrating the creativity in erotic and romantic connection that can come out of this type of relationship. 

You don't want to miss the live event (because you can ask questions!) but if you have to, the recording will be available to all who purchase tickets. 

What could be better than kicking back in a bubble bath and listening to some sex educators talk about some really fantastic, hot, and erotic topics while ALSO in a bubble bath?? 

I can't think of anything... except adding chocolate which I will absolutely be doing. 

We "bring the real" and talk about some fun and taboo stuff leaving you wanting more from your new-sexy-best-friends. 

Consider this relief for all of the times you've sat on zoom and wondered if the person you're talking to has pants on. I assure you... we do not have pants on. 

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT BUBBLES & BUBBLY:
1. YOU ARE WELCOME (AND ENCOURAGED!) TO BE IN THE BATHTUB WHILE YOU WATCH, BUT BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR ELECTRONICS!!  
2. (OBVIOUSLY) "BUBBLY" CAN BE ANYTHING YOU WANT TO DRINK (OR NOT DRINK)
3. ONLY HOSTS AND PANELISTS WILL BE ON CAMERA EXCEPT FOR A SMALL TIME AT THE END WHERE WE CAN DO A GROUP PICTURE FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO TURN ON THEIR CAMERA WHILE IN THE BATHTUB.
4. IF YOU DO WANT TO GET ON CAMERA, NO NIPPLES CAN BE VISIBLE FOR ANY GENDER (YOU CAN GET CREATIVE)
5. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY TYPE OF DEMONSTRATION OF SEXUAL TECHNIQUES IN ANY OF THESE EVENTS. WE'RE JUST TALKING ABOUT THINGS... FROM OUR BATHTUBS.

About Bubbles & BubblyTM

We provide an open space for talking about challenging topics that are often taboo. We meet in a public venue to get out of the shadows and create an open community where all of us (women, men, genderqueer, trans, gay, straight, bisexual, experienced, newbies, kinky, vanilla, young, mature, all races etc.) can laugh and learn more about our sexual selves. We can start to bridge the gap between sexual healing practices, medical sexual health, and sex therapy. It's sure to be an exciting journey. Draw a bath and pour something bubbly and enjoy some edgy, inclusive, and informative conversation. 
Meet the Host!

Heather Edwards, PT, Sex Counselor & Educator, Founder of Bubbles & BubblyTM (she/they)

Heather Edwards, PT, CSC has been a pelvic physical therapist for 17 years and is an AASECT certified Sexuality Counselor as well as a Sex Educator. They achieved their dual certificate at the University of Michigan Sexual Health Certificate Program. They founded Vino & Vulvas in 2015 and it quickly became their favorite thing to do. They have presented at APTA and AASECT conferences and teaches for Pelvic Guru Academy on the topic of Trans-Inclusive Sexual & Pelvic Health. In addition to education and clinical work, Heather is an artist and illustrator of the coloring book series "Coloring Books for the Crotch Enthusiast". Panelist Bios

Tikva Wolf, Author, Artist, (they/them)

Tikva Wolf is a comic artist focusing on the topics of healthy communication and relationship dynamics. Wolf’s work is used as an aid by therapists and educators, has been translated to several different languages, and is a part of the Kinsey Institute’s archive collection as well as the Ivy Plus Libraries Global Webcomics Archive. Most well-known for the webcomic Kimchi Cuddles, which covers a wide range of non-monogamous and queer topics, Wolf also has a collection of published books and creates card games. Evita Sawyers (she, her)

Evita “Lavitaloca” Sawyers is a non-monogamy coach, speaker, and educator. Creator of “Today’s Polyamory Reminder”, she is also the subject of the groundbreaking polyamorous documentary “Poly-Love”. Her approach is both frank yet empathetic and she is appreciated for her vulnerable openness about her own challenges in nonmonogamy and helping others to grow.

Tuesday Feral, LCMHCA (they/them)

Tuesday Feral is an artist, mental health professional, and educator. They have worked with Tranzmission for the last nine years. Tuesday is passionate about building resilient networks of support within our extended community. Tuesday also has trained on a national, state and local level with Tranzmission. They also co-instruct Pelvic Guru Academy’s Transgender and Nonbinary Pelvic Health on a national level. Tuesday has been on Vino & Vulvas panels starting back in 2015 and is always a crowd favorite!
