Vino & Vulvas®:
Sexy Body Mechanics: How to give a BJ with TMJ

Write your awesome label here.
Don’t be fooled. There’s much more to learn than BJs. :)
As a pelvic PT, there are many times where I realize that a gap in knowledge about performing various sex acts and physical limitations can create some huge issues for a happy sex life. For example, if a vagina is too painful for penetration, but the person who has that vagina doesn’t feel confident in their oral or manual skills, suggestions like “There are lots of other things you can do” might be reason for panic. No fun! We talk you through so many skills and give you some really basic and fun ideas to try so you feel like you can up your sexual skills game!
Also, talk about sex is often very focused on emotions, intimacy, attachment… all of that stuff. We take a different approach for this event and start from a very body focused approach. We talk about how our bodies and sense of physical selves play a big role in our sexuality. We even hit some body image and consent topics as well.
This is all about the physical enjoyment and PLAY that is such a big part of sex!
